As a small, family-owned business, we take pride in designing, printing, packing, and shipping each order ourselves. Please consider this when placing your order with us.

Sizing and Returns

To ensure you select the correct size and minimize unnecessary returns, we encourage you to carefully review our sizing guides available on our website.

In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please note:

- We do not provide return labels due to our small-scale operations.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Quality Assurance and Return Eligibility

All items undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form [here]. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and should use a tracked shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased for short-lived events, including stag and hen parties, birthday parties, holiday and themed events, corporate events, graduation and milestone celebrations, and festivals or charity runs.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures you receive your desired item without delay.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
